Anxiety is a condition that starts when a person becomes overwhelmed with stress. Once stress starts to esclate, the body and mind does not get proper rest. When this occurs, irrational thoughts from assuming behaviors begin, the person starts worrying constantly, and thus, anxiety and panic attacks occur.
